Been enjoying your ‘Airships & Tentacles’ series – really fun series of paintings. Look forward to seeing your future work.
This series also really bring to mind a Dan Simmons novel, ‘The Terror’, I read recently – a fictionalized account of the Franklin Expedition. While Simmon’s monster doesn’t have tentacles, the bleakness of the vast reaches of ice definitely comes through.
