Link Exchange

Thank you for your interest in the link exchange. I am not making anything automated this time around, because I would like to have closer control over what I am linking to.

That said, I am going for whichever pages I would most like to check in on regularly, as I would like to point readers towards pages that I genuinely think are fantastic. For the purpose of a true ‘exchange’, I would prefer they also be owned by people who are genuinely fantastic enough to return the favor.

I will eventually program in a script to alternate banners on each page view, meaning that your banner will show up 50% of the time, or more, depending on how close to ten spots I have, I also plan to have these buttons display randomly on other pages, eventually.

Requirements:

1) Have a steampunk site, but not a personal page. If you are an artist, crafter, or write regular reviews and blogs related to the steampunk, clockpunk, or dieselpunk cultures, then I would love to have your banner.

2) Have a banner – one that is 117 x 60 pixels, and tells whoever might click it where they are going, or at least what they are clicking to see.

3) Send me a link to that banner via my contact form, or if you have me on your contacts elsewhere (facebook, twitter, etc… you can use that route instead).

4) Have the below banner on the front page of your site, preferably not buried at the bottom of the page or in a huge cluster of ads.

5) Contact me after you have posted the ad. It is likely that, unless you own a blog I regularly visit, I will not know you have added the banner unless you write and tell me so.
